1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of GetMyBills24 (getmybills24.geenaro.com), operated by Gennaro Frenken. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

GetMyBills24 scans email inboxes for invoices and provides them as organized PDF downloads.

3. User responsibilities

• •You must only scan email accounts you own or are authorized to access.
• •You must not use the service for illegal purposes.
• •You are responsible for the accuracy of your login credentials.
• •You must not attempt to circumvent payment mechanisms.

4. Payments

• •Payments are processed via Stripe.
• •Prices are displayed before download and are final.
• •No refunds once a download has been initiated (digital content).
• •Enterprise password holders are exempt from payment.

5. Liability

• •The service is provided "as is" without warranty.
• •We are not liable for incomplete or incorrect invoice extraction.
• •We are not liable for temporary unavailability.
• •Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.
• •We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect use of credentials.

6. Intellectual property

• •GetMyBills24 and its code are owned by Gennaro Frenken.
• •Extracted invoices remain the property of the user.

7. Termination

• •Either party can terminate use at any time.
• •No ongoing obligations after service use.
• •We reserve the right to block abusive usage.

8. Applicable law

German law applies. Court of jurisdiction: Germany.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
