Questions before you start
Where is my email password stored?

Nowhere. It's held in memory for a single IMAP connection, then deleted. We never write it to disk, never log it, never transmit it to any third party.
How accurate is the invoice detection?

The detector combines subject-line keywords (German and English), body-pattern regex (VAT numbers, IBAN, invoice IDs) and any PDF attachment. False positives are rare and you can spot-check the ZIP before using it.
What happens to the extracted files?

They sit in an isolated session directory while you download them. Two hours after the scan, or five minutes after download, everything is wiped. Nothing is archived.
Do you sell or share my data?

No. We never see your email contents after your download, and we have no analytics that track individual users. Revenue comes from the €0.10 per file charge — nothing else.
Why do you charge per file, not per email?

Each PDF costs CPU and bandwidth to render and deliver. Some emails carry 2-3 attachments (invoice + delivery note + packing slip), so per-file is fair to both sides.
